excellent camping and bushwalking facilities and boasts some very important Aboriginal rock art and a spectacular series of valleys, mountains and bush. About 95% of this park was destroyed in the devastating 2003 bushfires, however, the Australian bush is ever resilient and has greatly recovered.
The Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve that also suffered extensive fire damage, has regenerated well with the wildlife now returning home. There are some wonderful walking trails here and also ranger-guided activities to choose from. A good idea is to always contact the local visitor centre to ascertain which walks are open at various times of year. In
